Biography
I began my college career at Ithaca College strictly as a film student. I became involved as a crew member in many student films in addition to my own, as well as a crew member for multiple television shows on Ithaca's student-run television network, ICTV. Many of my student films can be seen under the "My Work" tab above.

After about one year in the film program, I decided to take an intro to programming course in Adobe's Flash program and ended up loving programming. I decided to add a minor in game development, since I love playing games and thought it would be great to be able to create fun games for others. After a semester with the minor, I decided I loved programming enough to turn the minor into a full second major in computer science. As a computer science student I have also stayed very active in the department, working as a Teacher's Assitant in many entry- and advanced-level programming courses.
I'm very involved as a programmer in the on-campus Game Developers club, and continue to make my own games during my free time. I also stay active in the campus community, playing percussion in the Campus Band and in the recently created Ithaca College Gamers Symphony Orchestra, where we play orchestral arrangements of music exclusively from video games.
I've come to love computer programming and have a deep respect for those who do it professionally on a daily basis. I can easily see myself doing something in the vast field of computer sicence as a full-time career, whether it be software engineering, working as a web designer, creating iOS apps for companies, or even creating games for others to enjoy. I'm very excited to get out into the working world to see what I can accomplish.
